Background: Medication misuse is a threat to public health and patient safety, and strategies to prevent medication misuse should be incorporated in nursing education.

Method: An interdisciplinary nursing and pharmacy team collaborated on a pilot project with graduate FNP students to adapt and evaluate a training program for pharmacy students on the prevention of medication misuse for nursing based on the publicly available online program Generation Rx.

Results: Of 39 students who participated in the training, 74% ( = 29) completed pre- and posttest surveys.

Background: Ovarian cancer (OC) is a severe malignant tumor with a significant threat to women's health, characterized by a high mortality rate and poor prognosis despite conventional treatments such as cytoreductive surgery and platinum-based chemotherapy. Cuproptosis, a novel form of cell death triggered by copper ion accumulation, has shown potential in cancer therapy, particularly through the involvement of CuLncs. This study aims to identify risk signatures associated with CuLncs in OC, construct a prognostic model, and explore potential therapeutic drugs and the impact of CuLncs on OC cell behavior.

Machine learning techniques have emerged as a promising tool for efficient cache management, helping optimize cache performance and fortify against security threats. The range of machine learning is vast, from reinforcement learning-based cache replacement policies to Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) models predicting content characteristics for caching decisions. Diverse techniques such as imitation learning, reinforcement learning, and neural networks are extensively useful in cache-based attack detection, dynamic cache management, and content caching in edge networks.
