Importance: Epidemiological studies suggest that lifestyle factors are associated with risk of dementia. However, few studies have examined the association of diet and waist to hip ratio (WHR) with hippocampus connectivity and cognitive health.
Objective: To ascertain how longitudinal changes in diet quality and WHR during midlife are associated with hippocampal connectivity and cognitive function in later life.

Introduction: We report for the first time a case of a postpubertal patient presenting with a metastatic prepubertal-type testicular teratoma.
Case Discussion: A 29-year-old male with a history of corrected unilateral cryptorchidism presented with progressive bilateral lower extremity edema. Imaging revealed an inferior vena cava thrombus associated with a complex mass.

Methods: A 78-year-old woman with a history of right carotid endarterectomy 2 years prior underwent cranial magnetic resonance (MR) imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) of the head and neck regions separately using a 3.0-Tesla scanner.

The sense of agency, the feeling of being the author of one's actions and outcomes, is critical for decision-making. While prior research has explored its neural correlates, most studies have focused on neutral tasks, overlooking moral decision-making. In addition, previous studies mainly used convenience samples, ignoring that some social environments may influence how authorship in moral decision-making is processed.
