This case report details the successful management of post-extubation stridor in a 55-year-old female patient with a complex medical history, using heliox therapy. Heliox, a gas mixture of helium and oxygen, has emerged as a novel therapeutic option in such scenarios, owing to its ability to reduce airway resistance and improve gas flow dynamics.
