Unlabelled: The cytochrome P450 monooxygenases (CYP450) are the largest enzyme family in plant metabolism, playing a key role in the biosynthesis of both primary and secondary metabolites. However, the CYP450 has not yet been systematically characterized in Dendrobium species. In this study, 193 genes were identified in the genome of through bioinformatics, and divided into 2 groups and 10 clans. Chromosome localization results revealed that genes are distributed across 19 chromosomes. We identified eight common conserved motifs within the family of . Furthermore, prediction analysis of -acting elements in the promoter region indicated the presence of elements responsive to low temperature, drought, and hormones responsive elements in most genomes. Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis demonstrated the experiments expression patterns of genes in response to cold, drought treatment, and hormones, suggesting their involvement in abiotic stress responses and their role in Dendrobium growth. Overall, these results provide valuable insights into the functional dynamics of the genes and highlight potential candidates for further study of their biological roles.

Identification of novel drug targets is a key component of modern drug discovery. While antimalarial targets are often identified through the mechanism of action studies on phenotypically derived inhibitors, this method tends to be time- and resource-consuming. The discoverable target space is also constrained by existing compound libraries and phenotypic assay conditions.

This study focused on the identification and functional analysis of the F-box-LRR (FBXL) protein family in tea tree (Camellia sinensis), aiming to reveal its role in spring bud germination and environmental adaptation. Thirty-seven members of the tea tree F-box-LRR gene family were identified and systematically analyzed for their chromosomal localization, gene structure, conserved motifs, and cis-acting elements by bioinformatics methods. It was found that these genes were distributed on 14 chromosomes, with strong conserved and inter-gene covariance characteristics.

Background: Circadian rhythms have been shown to play a significant role in the etiology and progression of immune-related morbidities, including cancer and autoimmune diseases. As an autoimmune disorder, psoriatic arthritis (PsA) has been underexplored in the context of circadian rhythms. This study aimed to explore the relationship between circadian rhythm and PsA.
