Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a term used to describe a complex heterogenous group of conditions defined by a mean pulmonary arterial pressure of more than 20 mmHg at rest on right-heart catheterization. PH in pregnancy is associated with high rates of maternal morbidity and mortality and poor fetal outcomes. Currently, pregnancy in these women is classified as modified WHO class IV (pregnancy contraindicated).

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic strained the provision of sexual and reproductive health services, including family planning, which were categorized as non-essential services at the peak of COVID-19 infection control in Kenya. We set out to assess the effect of COVID-19 on fertility management practices among Kenyan women in two cities to inform mitigation measures in future similar disruptions.
Methods: This was a qualitative study to describe the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on women's fertility management practices from 61 in-depth interviews (IDIs) with women aged 15-45 years residing in Nairobi and Kisumu, Kenya, between February and May 2021.

Aim: This paper aims to evaluate the factor structure and psychometric properties of the Short Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale (SWEMWBS) based on Chinese samples recruited from secondary schools, universities, and workplaces.
Methods: The psychometric properties of the SWEMWBS were evaluated in four cross-sectional studies with a total of 1,729 respondents from Hong Kong and Chinese mainland. Criterion validity was assessed using well-established measures of well-being, affect, and life satisfaction (PANAS, WHO-5, and SWLS).

Introduction: The study aimed to assess the relationship between plasma pentraxin 3 (PTX-3) levels and the potential diagnosis of fibrosis in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) in older adults. This was assessed using the Fibrosis-4 index (FIB-4), NAFLD fibrosis score (NFS), and Hepamet fibrosis score (HFS).
Materials And Methods: The subanalysis included 2,397 older adults (aged 60 years and older) from the population-based PolSenior2 study, all of whom had risk factors for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) and underwent PTX-3 assessment.
