Medical professionals should play the role of a guide runner in collaborative decision-making. If the guide runner is too fast compared to the athlete, the athlete is disqualified. If he is too slow, he is nothing but a nuisance. The guide runner provides firm guidance to the athlete so that he does not go off course; however, as the athlete is ultimately the main character, the guide runner must respect the athlete's autonomy. Doctors and other medical professionals should guide patients so that they do not "go off course," but at the same time, support the patient, who is the main character, so that they can walk on their own two feet.

Background: Exercise in healthy individuals is associated with a hypercoagulable phase, leading to a temporary increase in clot mass and strength, which are controlled by an effective fibrinolytic system. Conversely, people with cardiovascular diseases often have a reduced fibrinolytic pathway, increased clot mass and abnormal clot contraction, resulting in poorer outcomes. We assessed clot microstructure, particularly the contractile forces of clot formation, in response to two exercise intensities in middle-aged/older runners.

Objective: This study examined the accuracy of smartwatches in predicting running performance.
Methods: A total of 154 amateur runners (123 males and 31 females) were recruited. After wearing the HUAWEI WATCH GT Runner for a minimum of six weeks, the runners' actual completion times for 5 km, 10 km, and half marathon distances were measured, resulting in 288 test instances.

Purpose: The aim of the present study was to compare performance and physiological effects, and inter-individual response variation in performance and its physiological determinants between heart rate-based (HR), race pace-based (RP) and heart rate variability-based (HRV) training prescription approaches in recreational distance runners.
Methods: Twenty-eight participants completed a 6-week endurance training intervention after being randomly assigned to three groups: HR (n = 9), RP (n = 9), and HRV (n = 10) training prescription approaches.
Results: No interaction effects between groups were observed.

Objective: To explore the correlation between park view elements and their combinations on the heart rate (HR) and speed of walkers, joggers, and runners in different groups of people's profiles and walking types, provide suggestions for the planning and design of walking suitability of walking trails in parks, and guide people with different walking needs to scientifically choose walking trails in parks.
Methods: Profile data and exercise data of users who recorded walking activities in Century Park are collected on Strava, and the park view images (PVIs) were taken and segmented semantically. Data are grouped according to gender, age, weight and exercise type, and the quantitative relationship between HR, speed and 17 park view elements is studied by Spearman correlation analysis.
