Aim: The aim of this study was to assess the aesthetic results and patient satisfaction of premolars transplanted to the maxillary incisor region.
Material And Methods: In this multicenter study, 192 patients were included, with a minimum follow-up of 3 years. The aesthetic evaluation comprised two parts: Assessment of the PES/WES score using standardized intraoral photographs.

Objective: To compare functional and surgical outcomes of robot-assisted ileal ureter replacement (RAIUR) vs robot-assisted kidney autotransplantation (RAKAT).
Patients And Methods: This was a retrospective analysis of patients who underwent RAIUR or RAKAT for long ureteric strictures at eight European tertiary centres (2017-2024). Primary endpoints were maintenance of estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and postoperative complications within 30 days of surgery, described using the Clavien-Dindo classification.

The reconstruction of the temporomandibular joint presents a multifaceted clinical challenge in the realm of head and neck surgery, underscored by its relatively infrequent occurrence and the lack of comprehensive clinical guidelines. This review aims to elucidate the available approaches for TMJ reconstruction, with a particular emphasis on recent groundbreaking advancements. The current spectrum of TMJ reconstruction integrates diverse surgical techniques, such as costochondral grafting, coronoid process grafting, revascularized fibula transfer, transport distraction osteogenesis, and alloplastic TMJ replacement.
