Mental health disorders and cognitive decline are pressing global concerns, increasing the demand for non-pharmacological interventions targeting emotional dysregulation, memory deficits, and neural dysfunction. This review systematically examines three promising methodologies-music therapy, brainwave entrainment (binaural beats, isochronic tones, multisensory stimulation), and their integration into a unified therapeutic paradigm. Emerging evidence indicates that music therapy modulates affect, reduces stress, and enhances cognition by engaging limbic, prefrontal, and reward circuits.

These advances face key challenges: accuracy and trustworthiness issues, security vulnerabilities, algorithmic bias, lack of interpretability, and performance degradation when deployment conditions differ from training data. Fields lacking large datasets have yet to see similar impacts.

Design: This study, conducted with 492 nursing students enrolled at a university in Turkey, was designed using a descriptive and relational methodology. The data were gathered through the "Personal Information Form," the "General Attitude Scale toward Artificial Intelligence," and the "Creative Personality Traits Scale.
