Gold ores are important strategic key mineral resource in China. The Sanshan Island area produces gold ores, in which the magmatic activity becomes the heat source for the activation of gold-bearing fluids, and the widely developed fracture structure provides the channel and spatial structure for gold transport and enrichment. Therefore, it is an important direction to utilize the inversion method to portray the distribution of fractures and intrusive rocks. We propose Power-type structural self-constrained magnetization vector (PTSS-MV) inversion method to utilize the inversion result's own structure for self-constraint, thus obtaining high-resolution inversion results with clearer boundaries. Under the different buried depth models, the calculation result of the volume ratio formula is increased by 15%, which is used to reflect the accuracy of the inversion. The method proposed in this paper was applied in Sanshan Island area to delineate the distribution of fractures and analyze the relationship between fractures and mineralization. Based on the results of magnetic vector inversion, we circled multiple high magnetization intensity bodies, and found that the high magnetic objects are endowed near the fracture, and the high magnetic body edges and tectonic intersections are favorable sites for deep gold mineralization. The method proposed in this paper can still obtain relatively accurate results under the influence of remanent magnetization, and finally we have identified four favorable areas for mineralization, which would provide favorable information for the next step of revealing the distribution of minerals.

The distribution range of soil-rock mixtures (S-RM) in fault zones is wide, with significant differences in mechanical properties, making them the main sites for rock instability and support structure failure in mines. This paper takes the Sanshan Island fault zone as the engineering background, and uses a self-designed small-scale test device to conduct triaxial compression tests to study the strength and deformation failure laws of S-RMs with different rock block proportions (20%, 40%, 60%, and 80%). Combined with numerical simulation test results, the spatial transport laws and microscopic deformation failure characteristics of particles with different particle sizes in the S-RM are revealed.

Prediction of water-conducting fractured zone (WCFZ) of mine overburden is the premise for reducing or eliminating water inrush hazards in undersea mining. To obtain a more robust and precise prediction of WCFZ in undersea mining, a WCFZ prediction dataset with 122 cases of fractured zones was constructed. Five machine learning algorithms (linear regression, XGBRegressor, RandomForestRegressor, LineareSVR, and KNeighborsRegressor) were employed to develop five corresponding predictive models, taking multiple factors into account.

An aptamer against Streptococcus pyogenes was selected and identified, and a fluorescent method based on the reported aptamer was established to detect S. pyogenes in the cooked chicken. Through a twelve rounds of whole-bacterium SELEX (systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment) selection in vitro, a set of aptamers binding to the whole cell of S.

Sanshan island of Taihu Lake National Wetland Park in Suzhou was taken as a case study to explore the relationship between land use types and water quality under different spatial and temporal conditions.Firstly, principal component analysis was used to calculate the comprehensive index of water quality for a given sampling site.Secondly, landscape development intensity index (LDI),which can represent combined effects of land use types, was calculated based on GIS spatial analysis technology.
