Esophageal perforation is a rare but serious complication that can occur post-cervical spine surgery. This case report presents the clinical course, diagnostic challenges and management strategies of a patient who had a late-diagnosis esophageal perforation after anterior cervical spine surgery (ACSS). A woman in her 50s underwent ACSS for cervical spondylosis.

With the maturity of thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) technology and its increasing application in clinical practice, complications and long-term management after TEVAR have become issues of concern. Here, we report two cases of TEVAR for thoracic aortic dissection. One patient developed recurrent fever 6 years after TEVAR and underwent multiple courses of antibiotic therapy with a poor response.

Ectopic adrenocorticotropic hormone secretion (EAS) is responsible for approximately 10%-18% of Cushing's syndrome cases. Thymic neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) comprise 5%-16% of EAS; therefore, they are very rare and the data about this particular tumors is scarce. We present a case of a 34-year-old woman with a rapid onset of severe hypercortisolism in April 2016.

Introduction: Sertoli cell tumors are rare sex cord-stromal tumors, accounting for less than 1% of primary testicular tumors. They typically arise in the testes and ovaries, with other localizations being uncommon. We present the case of a Sertoli cell tumor in the adrenal gland, which, to our knowledge, is the first reported in the literature.
