Background: Although rare, embolization of left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO) devices carries a significant morbidity and mortality burden.
Case Summary: An asymptomatic 77-year-old woman with inability to tolerate anticoagulation due to gastrointestinal bleeding presented for 45-day transesophageal echocardiography following LAAO with a Watchman device, which demonstrated incidental device migration to the left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT). Percutaneous extraction was performed using a novel technique with rat tooth/alligator forceps to successfully retrieve the Watchman from the LVOT using a transaortic approach.

Background: There is a need for additional data to assess procedural efficacy and risks associated with mechanical thrombectomy for treating pulmonary embolism (PE) due to its increased utilization and diversity of patient populations presenting with PE. This study evaluated the safety and efficacy of percutaneous mechanical aspiration thrombectomy with the AlphaVac F18 System (AngioDynamics) in patients with acute intermediate-risk PE.
Methods: Patients with acute intermediate-risk PE and a right ventricular (RV)/left ventricular (LV) diameter ratio of ≥0.

Background: The sirolimus-eluting bioadaptor is a novel coronary implant that unlocks, separates, and maintains dynamic support of the vessel at the lesion site 6 months after percutaneous coronary intervention when the polymer coating covering the helical strands resorbs. This enables the bioadaptor to maintain the established flow lumen and to restore hemodynamic modulation of the artery, including cyclic pulsatility, vasomotion, and adaptive remodeling.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to report the first randomized clinical evidence of the DynamX bioadaptor implant through 2 years compared with the Resolute Onyx contemporary drug-eluting stent.

Objectives: To evaluate the reproducibility of the PEARL approach to decrease pneumothorax rates by different board-certified radiologists across multiple medical centers using standard CT units.
Materials And Methods: This multicenter observational study included four average volume centers in two countries. Data for the PEARL cohort were prospectively collected between January 2022 and May 2023, while the control cohort data were retrospectively collected from procedures performed between June 2021 and April 2022.
