Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the virulence factors, clinical and molecular characteristics, and resistance mechanisms of 135 CRPA isolates in Shanghai, China.
Methods: Analysis of virulence-associated genes and multilocus sequence typing (MLST) provided epidemiological and molecular insights into the isolates.

Background: Despite the high incidence of diarrhea in hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) recipients, data on infectious enterocolitis with post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy) for graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis remain limited.
Objectives: Evaluate the characteristics, incidence, risk factors, and impact on outcomes of infectious enterocolitis in patients with hematologic malignancies undergoing HCT from matched sibling, matched unrelated, and haploidentical donors using PTCy as GVHD prophylaxis.
Study Design: Retrospective analysis of infectious enterocolitis episodes in 399 patients undergoing HCT at a single institution.
Background: The purpose of the study was to understand the distribution and drug resistance characteristics of Enterococcus so as to provide a reliable basis for clinical use of antibiotics and hospital infection control.
Methods: In total, 3,455 strains of Enterococcus, isolated from January 2010 through December 2021, were col-lected. Bruker MALDI biotyper, MICROSCAN walkaway 40 analysis system, and Vitek-2 compact automatic drug sensitivity identification analyzer were used to identify the strains and to test drug sensitivity, and then the results were analyzed.
