This paper presents the validation of a multiresidue method for quantifying seven nitroimidazoles and four dyes in poultry, pork, beef, eggs, shrimp, and fish. The average matrix factors of standard normalized to IS (0.82-1.12) indicated no significant matrix effect, and the CV % values (2.26-12.10%) complied with the 20% limit of the Commission Implementing Regulation 2021/808. However, medium suppression (50-80%) or enhancement (120-150%) was observed in 4.29% and 2.14% of the individual matrix extracts, respectively. The linearity ranges (in μg kg) were 0.50-3.0 for nitroimidazoles and 0.25-1.5 for dyes, and the determination coefficients () were at least 0.9688. The limits of quantitation were the lowest calibration levels. Analyte recovery and reproducibility were satisfactory (: 77.95-115.0%; CV: 5.09-27.24%). The decision limits (CCα) (in μg kg) were 0.59-1.00 for nitroimidazoles and 0.29-0.46 for dyes and complied with the EURLs minimum method performance requirements (1.0 and 0.5 μg kg, respectively).

Background: In recent years, fluorescence sensing technology by rare-earth metal-organic frameworks (Ln-MOFs) as probes has garnered extensive attention in the domains of environmental quality testing, pollutant reduction, and biomolecule analysis because of its non-disruptive nature, rapid response, and high sensitivity. The research on aided magnetic controlling has further advanced the industrial value of Ln-MOFs, but the accomplishment of high specificity and rapid recovery still is a challenge for the magnetic Ln-MOFs in practical applications.
Results: A magnetic Ln-MOFs, FeO@Eu(BDC), doped with FeO using HBDC as the ligand and Eu as the central ion through co-precipitation, has been successfully synthesized.

Enhancing the sensitivity of radiotherapy (RT) towards renal cell carcinoma (RCC) remains a challenge because RCC is a radioresistant tumor. In this work, we design and report asymmetrically Polyethylene Glycol (PEG)ylated and amphipathic heptamethine indocyanine dyes for efficient radiosensitization of RCC treatment. They were synthesized by modifying different lengths of PEG chains as hydrophilic moieties on one N-alkyl chain of a mitochondria-targeting heptamethine indocyanine dye (IR-808), and a radiosensitizer 2-nitroimidazole (NM) as a hydrophobic moiety on another N-alkyl chain.

Development of ultra-sensitive and rapid fluorescent nanoprobe for quantitative and targeted monitoring of metronidazole is of crucial practical significance, but is of great challenge. Herein, a vinyl-linked covalent organic frameworks (sp-BNTP-COF) was fabricated via integrating the 1,3,5-tris-(4-formylphenyl) triazine with 5,5'-bis(cyanomethyl)-2,2'-bipyridine into the skeleton. As-obtained sp-BNTP-COF exhibited excellent luminescence characteristics with an absolute fluorescence quantum yield of 8 %.
