In this paper, a new method for producing movie trailers is presented. In the proposed method, the problem is divided into two sub-problems: "genre identification" and "genre-based trailer production". To solve the first sub-problem, the poster image and subtitle text processing strategy has been used in which, a convolutional neural network (CNN) model has been used to extract features related to the movie genre from its poster image. In addition to these features, the content features of the movie are described in the form of a TF-IDF vector, which is extracted through the pre-processed text of the subtitle. Using a classification and regression tree, a combination of extracted features is classified to identify the genre of the movie. After determining the genre of the movie, a CNN model is defined for each movie genre, and this model is trained based on the key sequences of movies of a particular genre. For this purpose, at the beginning of the second phase of the proposed method, the film is divided into its constituent scenes, and then two categories of visual and textual features are used to describe the characteristics of the scenes. These features are combined to determine the key scenes based on the CNN model corresponding to the movie genre. Finally, the movie trailer is created based on the time constraint specified by the user. The performance of the proposed method has been investigated from two aspects of genre recognition accuracy and trailer production quality. Based on the results, the proposed method can achieve 83.39% accuracy in detecting movie genres, which is at least 1% higher than compared methods. On the other hand, the 56.69% precision of the proposed method in trailer generation shows an improvement of at least 8% compared to the compared methods.

Developing vapor-solid reaction methods to prepare organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite thin films is highly compatible with processes in crystalline silicon solar cells and the thin-film photovoltaic industries, facilitating rapid industrialization. In the vapor-solid reaction, the crystallization quality of perovskite thin films is widely influenced by the crystallinity and microstructure of lead iodide (PbI) precursor films. During the thermal evaporation process of preparing the PbI precursor films, we observed that PbI tends to develop a disordered surface morphology and exhibits high crystallinity, which significantly hinders the uniform diffusion of the organic amine salt vapor during the subsequent vapor-solid reaction.

Background: Intrathecal morphine is the mainstay for post-Caesarean multimodal analgesia but is associated with important side-effects. Novel ultrasound-guided abdominal wall fascial plane blocks are proposed as intrathecal morphine alternatives, but evidence of effectiveness is conflicting. We compared the analgesic effects of fascial plane blocks with those of intrathecal morphine after Caesarean delivery.

Inspired by the "Salvinia effect", a novel method for fabricating a magneto-responsive superhydrophobic surface coated with a cluster-distributed cilia array (CC-MRSS) was reported. This surface features a magnetically self-assembled nonuniform microcilia array and demonstrates exceptional microdroplet hydrophobicity, magnetic-responsive wettability, and corrosion resistance. The fabrication process involved mixing polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and carbonyl iron powders (CIPs), followed by dividing the mixture into two parts.

Background: Herbal medicines and their preparations play a significant role in healthcare systems, yet concerns remain about their quality consistency. Chemical fingerprinting and multi-component quantitative analysis are the commonly used analytical methods and are widely applied in the quality analysis of herbal medicines. The study uses Gegen Qinlian tablets (GQTs) as a case to propose a comprehensive quality consistency evaluation system.

Focus of this study is on the use of the hydrazone compound (3) (N-(4-bromobenzylidene)-4-(1H-indol-3-yl) butane hydrazide), which was previously prepared from the reaction of the compound p-bromobenzaldehyde with the corresponding hydrazide (2), as an intermediate compound for the synthesis of azetidine, thiazolidine, tetrazole, oxadiazole and phthalazine heterocyclic compounds through its reaction with some cyclic reagents and catalysts such as chloro acetyl chloride, thioglycolic acid, sodium-azid, lead dioxide and Hydrogen chloride gas. The prepared compounds were characterized using physical properties and also spectroscopic methods such as infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of the proton and the isotope of carbon as well as mass spectrometry, which accurately identified the proposed structures of the prepared compounds. The identity of the prepared compounds was determined using physical and spectroscopic properties, where infrared and HNMR spectroscopy of the proton as well as carbon were used in addition to using mass spectrometry to verify the validity of the prepared structures.
