Background: Post-chemotherapy retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (pcRPLND) is integral to multimodal treatment of patients with metastatic non-seminomatous germ cell tumors (NSGCT). We review pathologic and long-term outcomes of pcRPLND following first-line chemotherapy with a focus on residual mass size and primary tumor histology. Our goal was to identify new predictive approaches that can refine surgical indications.

Describing the crystal structure of disordered materials with mixed-occupancy crystallographic sites is essential for understanding their physicochemical properties and designing new materials tuned to their targeted functionalities. Here, we investigate the structure of RbMOF (M = Nb, Ta) pyrochlore-type oxyfluorides using a multimodal approach that combines experimental and computational techniques. Rietveld structural refinement of powder X-ray powder diffraction (PXRD) data confirmed that these oxyfluorides are isostructural, and their average crystal structure is disordered.

Purpose Of Review: Neuroanesthesia presents unique challenges that require up-to-date knowledge in identification and management and multidisciplinary collaboration for optimal patient outcomes. This review paper aims to enhance the reader's understanding and preparedness for intraoperative emergencies based on current literature updates and consensus recommendations.
Recent Findings: Recent findings in traumatic brain injury (TBI) emphasize the importance of controlling intracranial pressure (ICP) and maintaining cerebral perfusion.

The session on 'Diagnosis and Classification of Vasculitis' featured six oral presentations covering various aspects of vasculitis diagnosis and classification. The application of the Ankara criteria for IgA vasculitis in adults was evaluated, finding that while the criteria showed good sensitivity, their specificity was insufficient, suggesting the need for refinement. A clustering approach to classifying ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV) identified five distinct clusters, which improved prediction of disease outcomes.

Quantifying aortic valve calcification is critical for assessing the severity of aortic stenosis, predicting cardiovascular risk, and guiding treatment decisions. This study evaluated the feasibility of a deep learning-based automatic quantification of aortic valve calcification using contrast-enhanced coronary CT angiography and compared the results with manual calcium scoring. A retrospective analysis of 177 patients undergoing aortic stenosis evaluation was conducted, divided into a development set (n = 97) and an internal validation set (n = 80).
