Deep inferior epigastric perforator (DIEP) flap surgery is a common technique for breast reconstruction. However, the long and noticeable abdominal scar is one of its greatest disadvantages. Here, the authors suggest a minimal scarring DIEP flap harvest with a novel abdominal design.
