Purpose: To report the visual and anatomical outcomes of Descemet membrane epiretinal graft for refractory full-thickness macular holes (MH).
Methods: This interventional case series included patients with refractory MH who previously underwent standard pars plana vitrectomy with internal limiting membrane peeling for repair of MH with no success. Donor corneas unsuitable for keratoplasty were stripped at the Eye Bank.
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of a method that corrects tear trough deformity by subcutaneous fixation of orbital septal fat flaps using syringe-guided absorbable barbed sutures.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 125 cases with lower eyelid bags accompanied by tear trough deformity who were treated in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Zhengzhou People's Hospital from 2020 to 2024. Among them, there were 13 males and 112 females, with an average age of 34.

Purpose: This study aims to develop a free-breathing cardiac DTI method with fast and robust motion correction.
Methods: Two proposed image registration-based motion correction (MOCO) strategies, MOCO and MOCO, were applied to diffusion-weighted images acquired with M2 diffusion gradients under free-breathing. The effectiveness of MOCO was assessed by tracking epicardium pixel positions across image frames.
Objective: L5/S1 segment is one of the most common lumbar degenerative segments with high clinical failure rate. When the clinically responsible segment consists of one or more segments including L4/L5 segment, whether to merge the severely degraded L5/S1 segment together is a common problem plaguing clinicians. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the risk factors for preoperative adjacent segment degeneration L5/S1 segment occuring Postoperative adjacent segment disease(ASDis), analyze the correlation between the high risk factors and the occurrence of adjacent segment disease, clarify the preventive measures and direction, and provide references for clinical selection of personalized treatment.
