The regio- and site-selectivity of organic reactions is one of the most important aspects when it comes to synthesis planning. Due to that, massive research efforts were invested into computational models for regio- and site-selectivity prediction, and the introduction of machine learning to the chemical sciences within the past decade has added a whole new dimension to these endeavors. This review article walks through the currently available predictive tools for regio- and site-selectivity with a particular focus on machine learning models while being organized along the individual reaction classes of organic chemistry.

Screening digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) aims to identify breast cancer early when treatment is most effective leading to reduced mortality. In addition to early detection, the information contained within DBT images may also inform subsequent risk stratification and guide risk-reducing management. Using transfer learning we refined a model in the WashU cohort of 5,066 women with DBT screening (mean age 54.

Background: People with advanced ovarian cancer and their caregivers report unmet supportive care needs. We developed a Collaborative Agenda-Setting Intervention (CASI) to elicit patients' and caregivers' needs through the patient portal before a clinic visit and to communicate these needs to clinicians using the electronic health record.
Objective: We aimed to assess the usability and acceptability of the CASI and identify barriers to and facilitators of its implementation.

Objectives: This study aimed to develop a questionnaire to assess problematic social network service use (PSNSU) applicable to both adolescents and adults to ensure content validity.
Methods: A Delphi survey methodology with a panel of 16 experts was employed from April to June 2024 to ensure the content validity of the PSNSU assessment tool. This study involved three rounds of Delphi surveys to collect both open- and closed-ended responses to the PSNSU questionnaire.
Background: Digital health technologies can promote healthy aging, diagnosis, treatment, self-care, and prevention to reduce inequities. However, limited data exist on the feasibility and efficacy of these technologies for healthy lifestyle behaviors and clinical outcomes for older adults at risk for cardiovascular disease.
Objectives: The purpose of this pilot study was to evaluate the feasibility of the study protocol for factors impacting process, resources, and safety and compared changes in eating patterns, physical activity, and clinical outcomes in participants randomized to Get FIT vs Get FIT+ at baseline and 12 weeks.
