Introduction: Lichenoid drug eruption, induced by gold or cardiovascular drugs, is one of the causes of lichen planus, and vulvovaginal erosive lichen planus can cause labial adhesions. However, few studies have focused on drugs as a cause of labial adhesions.
Case Presentation: We encountered a 78-year-old woman with labial adhesions, vulvodynia, and itching of the vulva. The cause was thought to be lichenoid drug eruption from an angiotensin II receptor blocker. After discontinuation of the drug, vulvodynia and pruritus resolved quickly, the pathology showed improvement, and labial adhesions did not recur after detachment.
Conclusion: An angiotensin II receptor blocker was a suspected cause of vulvovaginal erosive lichen planus, which causes labial adhesions. Physicians should recognize the possible cause of labial adhesions secondary to lichenoid drug eruption.

Objective: To compare treatment and outcome differences between primary care providers (PCP), pediatric and adolescent gynecologists (PAG), and pediatric urologists (PUR) in management of labial adhesions (LA).
Study Design: This was a retrospective, cohort study of patients aged 0 through 21 presenting for a clinic visit from July 2022 to July 2023 at a single institution, identified by ICD-9/ICD-10 codes for LA. Management variation was analyzed via cross-tabs with chi-square, Fisher's exact, and two-sample t-tests.

Nowadays, primary cleft lip repair is simultaneously performed with rhinoplasty. Postoperative stenosis and relapse of the nose are one of the major complications of this surgery. To tackle these issues, nasal stents can be placed following the surgical correction.

Robin sequence is a congenital condition characterized by micrognathia, glossoptosis, and airway obstruction with or without cleft palate. The condition is best managed by a multidisciplinary team proficient in treating the complex pediatric airway, including pediatricians, speech and feeding specialists, and surgeons. Conservative treatment includes prone positioning, nasopharyngeal airways, supplemental oxygen, and feeding support to maintain a patent airway and promote infant growth.

Glycolipid-lectin-driven endocytosis controls the formation of clathrin-independent carriers and the internalization of various cargos such as β1 integrin. Whether this process is regulated in a dynamic manner remained unexplored. Here we demonstrate that, within minutes, the epidermal growth factor triggers the galectin-driven endocytosis of cell-surface glycoproteins, such as integrins, that are key regulators of cell adhesion and migration.
