Libman-Sacks endocarditis (LSE) is due to sterile vegetations that arise in association with SLE. Nonbacterial thrombotic endocarditis, also known as marantic endocarditis, Libman-Sacks endocarditis, and verrucous endocarditis, is linked to a number of illnesses, the most prevalent of which is advanced cancer.

Syphilis is an infectious disease caused by Syphilis can present with an array of oral manifestations at different stages of disease progression. This article reports on four cases of syphilis with oral manifestations diagnosed by oral health professionals. Case 1: 18-year-old female presented with multiple ulcerations and patches involving the hard palate, uvula, retromolar area, and papillary nodules on the tongue.

Nevus unius lateris is a rare congenital hamartoma derived from the ectoderm, considered to be a systematized verrucous variant of an epidermal nevus. Due to its extensive unilateral distribution, it is frequently associated with neurological, musculoskeletal, auditory, and visual abnormalities. A case report of a 25-year-old female patient with a diagnosis of nevus unius lateris without associated comorbidities is presented.

Chromoblastomycosis is an uncommon subcutaneous mycosis seen in the tropical and subtropical regions that is caused by traumatic inoculation of a specific group of dematiaceous fungi through the skin. It is a therapeutic challenge due to its recalcitrant nature. Although there currently is no evidence-based treatment protocol, itraconazole and terbinafine are considered drugs of first choice.
