Natural products (NPs) from bacteria, fungi, and plants are a vital source of drug leads, with Streptomyces species being particularly significant due to their capability of producing diverse bioactive compounds. Here, we present a fully automated, scalable, high-throughput platform for discovering bioactive NPs in Streptomyces (FAST-NPS). This platform integrates computational biosynthetic gene cluster (BGC) prediction and prioritization guided by self-resistance genes, automated cloning and heterologous expression, high-throughput fermentation, and product extraction.

Introduction: Penile prosthesis (PP) is one of the main approved therapies for erectile dysfunction (ED). Greater than 50 years of clinical use has led to considerable innovation in PP surgery and patient care.
Objectives: To summarize the current literature and provide updated clinical evidence to inform healthcare providers on best practices with PP.

How are nurses to view and respond appropriately if a clear understanding of current ethical concepts and argumentations about intimacy and sexuality in older adults is lacking? This study aimed to document and better understand current ethical concepts and arguments about intimacy and sexuality in institutionalised older adults.

However, the overall impact of different CSA practices on productivity, adaptation, and mitigation metrics has not been exhaustively evaluated. The study employed a meta-analysis approach based on data from 220 peer-reviewed articles to assess the effects of commonly used CSA practices on these indicators across Ethiopia's diverse agroecological regions.
