Two undescribed benzofuran derivatives (-) were isolated from using silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and preparative high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of compound were characterised by HRESIMS, NMR, HMBC, NOESY spectral analyses, and ECD calculations. Compounds demonstrated the ability to mitigate the inflammatory response triggered by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in RAW264.7 macrophages, as evidenced by RT-PCR assay results showing suppression of key inflammatory factors at the concentration of 30 μM. These findings suggest that possess promising anti-inflammatory properties.
