This month's Magnet® Perspectives explores the impact of student practicums as a conduit for mentoring and succession planning and takes a close look at ANCC's unique student practicum to build nursing competencies and develop future nurse leaders. The column details how ANCC tailored and expanded the program to meet high demand during the COVID pandemic and how students have rated the experience.
