Trauma-informed leadership is a critical strategy in enhancing nursing student success by fostering a supportive and empowering educational environment. The inclusion of trauma-informed practices in nursing education emphasizes the importance of understanding this generation of students impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and other potential traumas. Strategies for how trauma-informed leadership was implemented in a baccalaureate nursing program are detailed in this article.

Aim: This study evaluated the effect of cooperative learning on the attitude, satisfaction, and performance of undergraduate nursing students enrolled in community nursing courses.

Growing studies have shown that non-SMC condensin I complex subunit G (NCAPG) was highly expressed in a variety of tumors and was involved in the progression of multitumors, but the role of NCAPG in tumorigenesis is not fully understood. Our study purposed to systematically investigate the role of NCAPG across cancer types. Interacting molecules with NCAPG were analyzed using searching bioinformatics websites including Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes/Proteins, GeneMANIA, and Global Positioning System-Prot.

Repercussions from the COVID pandemic and a depleted nursing workforce demand more robust support to assure successful new graduate nurse transitions. Clinical learning in the real-world patient care setting is widely regarded as the essential element for preparation to practice. An academic-practice partnership established an apprenticeship program offering student nurse's greater exposure to real-world clinical experience to evaluate the value of a student nurse apprenticeship on new graduate nurse readiness for practice.
