Background: ROSAH syndrome is an autosomal dominant systemic disease featuring etinal dystrophy, ptic nerve edema, plenomegaly, nhidrosis and migrainous eadache. Ocular manifestation of ROSAH syndrome can simulate posterior uveitis, vasculitis, generalized retinal dystrophy and neuroretinitis.
Purpose: To report a case of a 17-year-old female presenting with recurrent vitreous hemorrhage on a background of dental anomalies and anhidrosis.

Silicone oil, commonly used as a temporary intraocular tamponade in retinal detachment repair, may have retrobulbar migration as a possible complication of the procedure to the cerebral ventricles. This report presents the case of a 73-year-old male patient with multiple cardiovascular risk factors and diffuse atherosclerotic disease who underwent vitrectomy of the left eye several years earlier due to retinopathy and was diagnosed through retrospective analysis of all cerebral imaging studies, with the migration of silicone oil particles, from the vitreous humor of the eye to the intraventricular space. He was admitted due to transient altered consciousness in the context of a probable seizure, with acute hyperdensity in the temporal horn of the left lateral ventricle observed in the cranial computed tomography (CT), suggestive of hemorrhage, along with signs of prior hemorrhage in the frontal horn of the same ventricle.

Background: When performing corneal endothelial transplantation, the presence of low intraocular pressure, abnormal host corneal shape, and septal defects between the anterior and posterior chamber may cause poor graft adhesion. We report our experience with Descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty (DSAEK) using a nanothin graft in a case of bullous keratopathy (BK) in a lacerated cornea after globe rupture-a situation that encompasses these risk factors.
Case Presentation: An 81-year-old man was admitted to our department after he had ruptured his right eyeball following a fall.

Importance: Frequent prophylactic intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor injections can reduce risk of progression to vision-threatening complications in nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR). A refillable drug delivery system for continuous intraocular ranibizumab release could offer less frequent treatment regimens.
Objective: To evaluate the Port Delivery System (PDS) with ranibizumab, 100 mg/mL, with refill-exchange procedures every 36 weeks (PDS Q36W), vs no PDS (control) in moderately severe to severe NPDR without center-involved diabetic macular edema (CI-DME), monitoring both groups every 4 weeks.

Background: Ocular trauma is a visually and economically devastating cause of visual loss. This study investigated the prevalence and clinical characteristics of ocular trauma in central and northern China, and assessed prognostic factors.
Methods: Cases of ocular trauma that underwent surgical treatment in a tertiary hospital in China between January 1, 2012, and December 31, 2023, were reviewed.
