Objective: In Europe, the age indication for the MF59-adjuvanted quadrivalent influenza vaccine (aQIV) has recently been extended from ≥65 to ≥50 years. Considering that the earliest approval of its trivalent formulation (aTIV) in Italy was for people aged ≥12 years, we aimed to systematically appraise data on the immunogenicity, efficacy, and safety of aTIV/aQIV in non-elderly adults.

Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted according to the available guidelines and studies were searched in MEDLINE, Biological Abstracts, Web of Science, Cochrane Library and clinical trial registries.

Background: Acquired angioedema due to C1-inhibitor deficiency (AAE-C1-INH) is very rare compared to its prototype, hereditary angioedema. An updated characterisation of the AAE-C1-INH cohort in UK is required to inform management.

Objectives: To describe the disease burden of AAE-C1-INH, long-term prophylaxis (LTP) and the clinical, immunochemical and treatment profiles of AAE-associated diseases in UK.

Follicular lymphoma (FL) represents the second most frequent type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma and the most common indolent histology. The disease course of FL is heterogeneous, likely resulting from diverse molecular and immunological features that drive a broad spectrum of clinical presentations. While some patients with low-volume and asymptomatic disease are suitable for observation, patients with high tumor burden, advanced-stage, or symptomatic disease more often necessitate treatment initiation.

Atopic dermatitis (AD), a common chronic inflammatory skin disorder is characterized by a complex pathology with skin-barrier abnormalities, immune dysregulation, and microbial dysbiosis. Patients' quality of life is often negatively impacted by persistent pruritus, sleep disturbance, and recurrent skin infections. In addition, patients may have comorbid atopic as well as nonatopic diseases.

Department of Emergency, Zhuzhou Hospital Affiliated to Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University, Zhuzhou, 412007, China.

Objective: Nephrotic syndrome, a debilitating manifestation of kidney disease, often arises from diverse glomerular disorders and is accompanied by notable comorbidities. Despite indications of an immunological etiology, the precise role of immune cells in its pathogenesis remains unclear. This study aimed to elucidate the causal relationships between circulating immune cell phenotypes and nephrotic syndrome using a rigorous bidirectional Mendelian randomization approach.
