Teratomas are embryonal neoplasms composed of 2 or 3 germ layers. We present the case of a female neonate who had a rare, mature, skull base teratoma that was managed surgically by fetal surgery, neurosurgery, otolaryngology, and plastic surgery. Imaging revealed an anterior skull base teratoma with extension into the nasopharynx, resulting in gross enlargement of the right nostril and sinonasal cavity.

Background: This study compared the clinical and radiological outcomes of chronic retracted rotator cuff tears where complete footprint coverage cannot be achieved, using two treatments: footprint medialization with bone marrow stimulation and conventional incomplete repair.
Methods: This retrospective study included 87 patients who underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair with incomplete footprint coverage. The included patients were divided into group 1 (54 patients with footprint medialization and bone marrow stimulation) and group 2 (33 patients with conventional repair).

Background: Orbital medial wall fractures, which are more common than inferior wall fractures, have traditionally been difficult to diagnose with conventional radiography. As the fracture extends deep into the bony orbit, accurately visualizing internal structures becomes challenging, increasing the risk of optic nerve compression. In a previous study, the author introduced a technique for treating medial orbital wall fractures using a combined transethmoidal and transcaruncular approach.
