Causative treatments associated with diabetes have been identified in retrospective cohort studies but have not been validated in population-based cohorts. Purpose: To investigate outcomes after trabeculotomy in Japanese patients with primary congenital glaucoma (PCG), and to identify risk factors for multiple glaucoma surgery procedures.
Study Design: Retrospective observational study.
Methods: Surgical outcomes were investigated in Japanese patients with PCG who underwent their first glaucoma surgery at Hiroshima University Hospital between January, 2006, and December, 2021.

Methods: Data were drawn from the Children's Growth Environment, Lifestyle, and Physical and Mental Health Development project (COHERENCE) conducted in Guangzhou, China, during the 2019/20 academic year. 418,197 children aged 6-12 years were included in the study.
