Kuwayama, 1908, constitutes an Old World genus of psyllids with 15 described species. Based on characters of immatures, was recently assigned to Ciriacreminae (Psyllidae). The genus is morphologically well circumscribed but species are currently difficult to identify as many descriptions lack detail and precision. Eight species are reported from the Chinese mainland. Here, we provide diagnoses for the adults of these species and, as far as known, the fifth-instar immatures. Figures are provided of taxonomically relevant adult characters. A new species, sp. nov., is described from Yunnan (China). We provide illustrations of its habitus and morphological features, and list the host plant. Furthermore, we sequenced the mitochondrial genome of the new species and constructed a phylogenetic tree using thirteen protein-coding genes and two rRNA genes. The results of the molecular phylogenetic analysis using the maximum likelihood method support the assignment to Ciriacreminae.

Background: The association between social capital and trajectories of cognitive function (CF) is still unclear among older adults in mainland China. The present study aims to examine the association using a longitudinal cohort from the Ningxia Healthy Aging Cohort.

Methods: Four waves of longitudinal data were abstracted to identify the CF trajectories using the conditional latent class growth model (LCGM).

Pathogenic characterization and drug resistance of neonatal sepsis in China: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Neonatal Department of Longyan Division, Tianjin Children's Hospital, Tianjin University Children's Hospital, Tianjin, China.

Objectives: Neonatal sepsis is one of the causes of neonatal mortality and bacterial resistance to antibiotics is one of the challenges facing NICU. The aim of this study was to provide a basis for empirical antibiotic selection by comprehensively searching Chinese and non-Chinese databases for studies related to neonatal sepsis pathogenesis conducted in China and synthesizing all the results of the studies conducted in hospitals in China during the period under study METHODS: In this study, we conducted extensive searches of Pubmed, Web of Science, Cochrane, China Biology Medicine disc (SinoMed), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang Data. We screened studies published from 2014 to 2023 that were conducted in hospitals in mainland China and involved bacterial blood cultures and susceptibility tests in neonates with neonatal sepsis and extracted the data, which were summarized using Stata 18.

In mainland China, cancer registration relies on household-registered populations, overlooking migrant populations. Estimating cervical cancer incidence among permanent residents, including migrants, offers a more accurate representation of the true burden. The data from 487 cancer registries across China in 2016 were analyzed using a Bayesian spatial regression model with the integrated nested Laplace approximation-stochastic partial differential equation method.
