Chondromyxoid fibroma (CMF) in the foot is a rare condition. We report a case of CMF in a 7-year-old girl, affecting the distal phalanx of the great toe. Radiographs revealed a lytic lesion involving the entire distal phalanx, with destruction of both the medial and lateral cortices, while the articular surfaces remained intact.

Unicentric Castleman's disease (UCD) typically presents as an asymptomatic tumour in the anterior or middle mediastinum. Occurrence in the paravertebral region is comparatively rare and it requires differentiation from neurogenic tumours by imaging. Pleural effusion as an initial presentation of malignancy poses significant diagnostic challenges, particularly when linked to gynecologic cancers. We discuss the case of a 53-year-old female who presented with progressive dyspnea and a massive right-sided pleural effusion. Cytological analysis of the pleural fluid revealed malignant cells and immunohistochemical staining confirmed high-grade serous carcinoma (HGSC) of ovarian origin.
