Primary pulmonary mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma is extremely rare. We present the 18F-FDG and 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT findings in a 56-year-old woman with pathologically confirmed primary pulmonary mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma. 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT showed a higher uptake value than 18F-FDG PET/CT in the pulmonary lesion. This case suggests that 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT may be a sensitive alternative method to characterize low-grade lymphomas.

Breast adenosis is a benign glandular proliferative disorder. Due to its imaging similarities with other malignant breast lesions, differentiating adenosis from other invasive carcinomas of the breast poses a diagnostic challenge. Fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPI) expression is observed in various benign and malignant lesions, increasing the risk of false-positive results.

Malignant peritoneal mesothelioma (MPM) is a rare and aggressive malignancy of mesothelial cells in the peritoneum. Herein, we describe the 68Ga-FAPI and 18F-FDG PET/CT findings of MPM in a 41-year-old man. In the present case, the primary and metastatic tumors showed intense 68Ga-FAPI accumulation but no significantly increased 18F-FDG uptake.

Purpose: To evaluate the added value of additional Ga-FAPI PET/CT following CT for primary staging, detection of postoperative recurrence, and management of gastric cancer patients.
Methods: We retrospectively included patients with gastric cancers who underwent contrast-enhanced computed tomography (ceCT), followed by Ga-FAPI PET/CT within 30 days. Ga-FAPI PET/CT was performed for initial staging or detection of postoperative recurrence.

A 38-year-old woman received a 68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT scan for the evaluation of systemic lupus erythematosus. Diffuse uptake in both kidney parenchyma indicated the presence of lupus nephritis. In addition, an incidental carotid body tumor with increased FAPI uptake was also observed.
