Published: January 2025

The authors of a recent study in this journal in which the union of the genera and was proposed wrongfully indicated the correct generic name that should be used. According to Rule 24b(4) of the International Code of Nomenclature of Prokaryotes, Geng . 2015 has priority over Wang . 2015. Hence, a new combination is needed for the species that contains F4, and in this letter, (Wang . 2015) comb. nov. is proposed by correctly adopting the earliest legitimate generic name.

Key Laboratory of Environmental Pollution Monitoring and Disease Control, Ministry of Education of Guizhou & School of Basic Medical Science & Institution of One Health Research, Guizhou Medical University, Guiyang, 561113, People's Republic of China.

In the present study, the taxonomic position of Salisediminibacterium haloalkalitolerans was evaluated by determining the 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity, genome relatedness, and phylogenetic analyses. The 16S rRNA gene sequences extracted from the genomes of Salisediminibacterium haloalkalitolerans 10nlg and Salisediminibacterium halotolerans DSM 26530 showed 100% similarity, supporting their classification as the same species. The average nucleotide identity (ANI) and digital DNA-DNA hybridization (dDDH) values between S.

The global trends and distribution in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes over the past 49 years: bibliometric and visualized analysis.

Front Immunol

January 2025

Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Office for Cancer Prevention and Control, Xiyuan Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Science, Beijing, China.

Background: The body of research on tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) is expanding rapidly; yet, a comprehensive analysis of related publications has been notably absent.

Objective: This study utilizes bibliometric methodologies to identify emerging research hotspots and to map the distribution of tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte research.

Methods: Literature from the Web of Science database was analyzed and visualized using VOSviewer, CiteSpace, Scimago Graphica, R-bibliometrix, and R packages.

Background: The purpose of our study was to investigate the association between non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) progression using non-enhanced computed tomography (CT) and CT angiography (CTA).

Methods: Patients with AAA and age- and sex-matched healthy subjects who underwent abdominal CTA and non-enhanced CT examination between January 2015 and January 2023 from four hospitals were retrospectively analyzed. Patients with AAA were divided into progression (growth rate > 10 mL/year) and non-progression groups, as well as those with NAFLD and without NAFLD, based on abdominal CT results.

Land use and landscape pattern changes in the Fenhe River Basin, China.

Sci Rep

January 2025

School of Physical Education, Shanxi University, Taiyuan, 030006, China.

The composition and pattern of ecosystems play a crucial role in determining the overall condition and spatial variations of ecosystem services. In this study, we explored the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), six land use/land cover change (LULC) types, and their landscape patterns to reflect spatial-temporal dynamics from 2010 to 2020 in the upper and middle reaches of the Fenhe River Basin. The trend analysis of Mann-Kendall tests was used to assess the NDVI variation of each pixel over the past decade.
