Purpose Of Review: Hypertension remains a major chronic disease morbidity across the world, even in the twenty-first century, affecting ≈40% of the global population, adversely impacting the healthcare budgets in managing the high incidence of cardiovascular disease (CVD) complications and mortality because of elevated blood pressure (BP). However, evaluation and management of endocrine hypertension are not optimal in clinical practice. With three unique clinical case scenarios, we update the evidence base for diagnostic evaluation and management of endocrine hypertension in this review to inform appropriate day-to-day clinical practice decisions.

Aim: The aim of this study was to: a) develop scales that measure nursing students' perceptions of the online learning process and the effects of this process on nursing knowledge and skills and b) explain the relationship between these scales, 21st century skills and work readiness.
Background: Twenty-first century skills include learning and innovation skills, information, media and technology skills and life and career skills. These skills have come to the fore through nursing education's adoption of online education after recent global events such as the COVID-19 restrictions.

Male infertility represents a significant global problem due to its essential health, social, and economic implications. It is unsurprising that scientific research is very active in this area and that advances in the diagnostic and therapeutic fields are notable. This review presents the main diagnostic advances in male infertility, starting from the changes made in the latest WHO Manual of semen analysis and discussing the more molecular aspects inherent to "omics".

While traditional measurements of thermal stress have focused on air temperature and humidity, modern measures including radiation and wind speed are becoming widespread.
