We present a complete framework of stochastic thermodynamics for a single-mode linear optical cavity driven on resonance. We first show that the steady-state intracavity field follows the equilibrium Boltzmann distribution. The effective temperature is given by the noise variance, and the equilibration rate is the dissipation rate.

Aim: To investigate the influence of postoperative intraocular lens (IOL) positions on the accuracy of cataract surgery and examine the predictive factors of postoperative biometry prediction errors using the Barrett Universal II (BUII) IOL formula for calculation.
Methods: The prospective study included patients who had undergone cataract surgery performed by a single surgeon from June 2020 to April 2022. The collected data included the best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), corneal curvature, preoperative and postoperative central anterior chamber depths (ACD), axial length (AXL), IOL power, and refractive error.

Background: Resin cements often require substrate-specific pretreatment. Recently, universal adhesive systems have been introduced, simplifying procedures by eliminating the need for multiple adhesives and offering options that do not require light curing. This study investigated the bonding performance of universal adhesive systems combined with dual-polymerising resin cements on enamel, dentin, zirconia, lithium disilicate ceramics (LDS), and resin blocks.
