Left atrial masses are most commonly diagnosed as myxomas. When clinicians doubt the diagnosis, a biopsy is warranted. However, this can be very difficult with left-sided tumors. We present a 71-year-old woman with a presumed left atrial myxoma with features concerning for a malignant lesion. She underwent a computed tomography-fluoroscopy-guided percutaneous biopsy, revealing a diagnosis of malignant spindle cell neoplasm, thus avoiding surgery and allowing for early treatment.

Background: The detection of tumor localization is difficult in robotic surgery because surgeons have no sense of touch and rely on visual information. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of preoperative CT-guided dye marking of lung nodules prior to robotic surgery.
Methods: Patients undergoing CT-guided dye marking prior to robotic surgery at our hospital between September 2019 and April 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.

This article emphasizes image-guided puncture, a common technique used by interventional radiologists. It focuses on ultrasound, fluoroscopy, computed tomography, and computed tomography fluoroscopy-guided procedures. While techniques vary, successful outcomes without complications still heavily rely on operators' skill and judgment.

Purpose: We aim to evaluate retrospectively the feasibility, safety, and initial therapeutic outcomes of radiofrequency ablation combined with hepatic artery embolization using a tris-acryl gelatin microsphere for colorectal liver metastases.
Material And Methods: Six consecutive patients (4 men and 2 women) with median age of 68 years (range 57-78 years) underwent computed tomography fluoroscopy-guided radiofrequency ablation immediately after hepatic artery embolization using microspheres. This study evaluated tumor visibility on noncontrast-enhanced computed tomography immediately after hepatic artery embolization; analyzed local tumor progression; defined technical success as the coverage of the tumor by the ablative zone; and assessed adverse events based on Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events v5.

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic performance of computed tomography (CT) fluoroscopy-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy (PTNB) in pulmonary nodules ≤ 10 mm during the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.
Materials And Methods: Between January 1, 2020 and April 30, 2022, a total of 359 CT fluoroscopy-guided PTNBs were performed at an interventional radiology center. Lung lesions measured between 2 mm and 108 mm.
