Objectives: Cognitive theories and previous research on cognitive performance suggest a hierarchical pattern of interrelationships among cognitive tests, but the psychometric properties of the same tests may change when adapted for a different context or applied to a different population. We evaluated the factor structure of a cognitive battery of tests using an exploratory, data-driven approach and a confirmatory, theory-driven approach.
Design: We estimated exploratory factor analyses (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).

In studying the neural correlates of working memory (WM) ability via functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) in health and disease, it is relatively uncommon for investigators to report associations between brain activation and measures of task performance. Additionally, how the choice of WM task impacts observed activation-performance relationships is poorly understood. We sought to illustrate the impact of WM task on brain-behavior correlations using two large, publicly available datasets.

Background/objective: Men with cystic fibrosis (CF) have a high prevalence of low testosterone levels. A recent retrospective study demonstrated a quarter of a cohort of men with CF had serum testosterone levels below 300 ng/dL. The evaluation of hypogonadism is of increasing clinical importance in order to prevent unfavorable outcomes.

Objective: To assess pathological characteristics, clinical features and outcomes of patients diagnosed with peripheral zone (PZ) and transition zone (TZ) prostate cancer after prostatectomy.
Methods And Analysis: We systematically reviewed PubMed, EMBASE and MEDLINE. Primary endpoints were biochemical relapse-free survival (bRFS) and distant metastases rate; secondary endpoints included clinical and pathological features.
