Background: This study investigated the clinical efficacy of Double INFIX for the treatment of unstable pelvic fractures.
Methods: We performed a retrospective analysis of 23 patients with unstable pelvic fractures treated using the Double INFIX minimally invasive technique. The cohort included five cases of Tile B1 type, eight cases of B2 type, six cases of B3 type, three cases of C1 type and one case of type C2.

Case: We present 3 cases demonstrating radiographic posterior subluxation in lateral functional radiographs taken in the flexed-seated position. Two of the patients were asymptomatic, and 2 showed the posterior translation of the femoral head, which is almost a dislocation, with spontaneous reduction. The subluxation can occur not only in patients after lumbar fusion surgery but also in patients with relatively normal lumbar spine due to excessive hip flexion.

Piriformis syndrome (PS) is an underdiagnosed condition, caused by entrapment of the sciatic nerve by the piriformis muscle tendon and adhesions in the deep gluteal space. We present a step-by-step endoscopic technique with the patient in a prone position through a posterior approach. This approach provides improved orientation for tracking the sciatic nerve from distal to proximal, facilitating the release of all adhesions and concluding with a piriformis tendon release.

Introduction: Bisphosphonates are commonly used to prevent osteoporotic fractures. Many randomized controlled trials have proved the efficacy of bisphosphonates, showing their ability to increase bone mineral density and decrease the risk of hip and vertebral fractures. Atypical, bisphosphonate-related fractures concerning the femur have been widely described and a list of primary and secondary clinical and radiographic criteria are used in order to achieve diagnosis.
