Abdominal and pelvic masses in infants present significant challenges for healthcare professionals and can be distressing for parents due to the wide spectrum of both benign and malignant conditions in this age group. This article concentrates on illustrating different types of abdominal and pelvic tumors, both benign and malignant, that occur in infants. It highlights the specific imaging characteristics of these tumors and covers non-neoplastic conditions that may appear similar on imaging. The aim is to aid radiologists in accurately diagnosing these conditions and distinguishing them from other differentials. By combining imaging results with clinical information, healthcare providers can timely identify and manage potentially concerning conditions, ultimately enhancing outcomes and the overall quality of life for affected infants and their families.

Objective: To provide up-to-date European Society of Urogenital Radiology (ESUR) guidelines for staging and follow-up of patients with ovarian cancer (OC).
Methods: Twenty-one experts, members of the female pelvis imaging ESUR subcommittee from 19 institutions, replied to 2 rounds of questionnaires regarding imaging techniques and structured reporting used for pre-treatment evaluation of OC patients. The results of the survey were presented to the other authors during the group's annual meeting.

Retrorectal cystic hamartomas ("Tailgut cysts") are rare developmental cysts that appear in the retrorectal space, arising from aberrant remnants of the post-anal primitive gut in case of an incomplete embryogenetic involution. We present the case of a 30-year-old woman with a history of chronic lower abdominal pain. Other digestive symptoms, like rectal fullness, constipation, pain on defecation, rectal bleeding or genitourinary obstruction symptoms, were not associated.

We have demonstrated in human cadavers and canines that nerve transfer to bladder vesical nerve branches is technically feasible for bladder reinnervation after nerve injury. We further clarify here that sacral (S) ventral rami contribute to these vesical branches in 36 pelvic sides (in 22 human cadavers). Gross post-mortem visualization and open anterior abdominal approaches were used, as was micro-CT of sacral nerve bundles, for further confirmation when needed.
