The design of the prosthetic replacement of the ocular surface ecosystem (PROSE) device allows it to serve as a novel drug delivery system. In this article, we describe the off-label administration of amphotericin B and cenegermin by instillation in the PROSE device reservoir for the treatment of Candida keratitis in the setting of a persistent epithelial defect.

Sensors play an important role in both the continuous monitoring and intermittent analyses, which are essential for the study of wastewater treatment plant management and conducting related research. Given the significant environmental impact of the issues involved, accurate measurement of the volume of water flowing into and out of treatment plants is a key parameter for plant management, ecotoxicological studies and academic research programs. Purpose: To evaluate the tolerability of utilizing Prosthetic Replacement of the Ocular Surface Ecosystem (PROSE) as a drug delivery device for preservative-free cyclosporine 0.05% for the treatment of dry eye disease.
Patients And Methods: Fourteen current daily PROSE wearers were enrolled, with four screen failures and one subject that did not complete the study protocol due to burning and stinging.

Purpose: To report a case of a 67-year-old male who was successfully managed over a 7-year period for descemetocele secondary to ocular graft versus host disease (oGVHD) using Prosthetic Replacement of the Ocular Surface Ecosystem (PROSE) treatment.
Observations: We previously reported on a patient managed with a PROSE device for severe dry eyes secondary to oGVHD, who subsequently developed a central corneal descemetocele. The patient was deemed a poor surgical candidate due to limbal stem cell deficiency secondary to oGVHD.
