Bringing the transition from clinical-based to biological-based diagnosis holds promise with the diagnostic criteria proposed by the Alzheimer's Association (AA) Revised Criteria for Diagnosis and Staging of Alzheimer's Disease and the Neuronal Synuclein Disease Integrated Staging System (NSD-ISS).
