The versatile nature of the urease enzyme makes it a valuable asset in biological and industrial contexts. The creation of bioconjugates using enzyme-polymer combinations has extended the shelf life and stability of urease. A triblock copolymer, PAM-co-PDPA-co-PMAA@urease (ADM@urease), was synthesized using acrylamide (AM), 2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-1-ylacrylate (DPA), methacrylic acid (MAA), and urease via the RAFT-Grafting-To polymerization method.

Fly ash (FA) is a consequence of burning coal and is widely used in construction because of its pozzolanic qualities, which increase the strength and longevity of materials. Graphene oxide (GO) is a functionalized version of graphene with low electrical conductivity, high mechanical strength, and a large surface area. By examining the behavior of fly ash and GO composites at high temperatures, new materials with improved mechanical and functional qualities that are appropriate for a range of industrial uses can be created.

Healthy ageing plays an important role in ageing societies in many countries, and centenarians are a sign of longevity. Longevity and its determinants have become issues of global concern and also a focus of research. Although many disciplines have conducted out a series of studies on longevity phenomena, few studies have systematically considered the impact of geographical environmental factors.

The autonomic nervous system governs rhythmic fluctuations in blood pressure and heart rate, which are influenced by breathing patterns. This study aims to explore how different breathing techniques, specifically Kapalbhati (fast-paced breathing) and Slow Deep Breathing (SDB), affect heart rate variability (HRV). This study was conducted in the Department of Physiology and AYUSH at AIIMS Bhopal, India and duration was 2 (Two) months from May 2021 to June 2021 This quasi-experimental study involved 60 participants divided into two groups: Kapalbhati and SDB.
