Nanotechnology has gained recognition as the next uprising technology in numerous sectors, together with food industry and agriculture. Diminution of particle size to nanoscale range enhances the surface area, eventually surface-to-volume ratio, subsequently enhances their reactivity by several times, modifying optical, electrical, and mechanical features. Nanotechnology can also modify the aqueous solubility, thermal stability, and bioavailability in oral delivery of bioactive nutraceuticals. Recent research developed number of suitable delivery systems that provide effective site specific release of the nutraceuticals in control way for better utilization. Phospholipid, liposomes, niosome, emulsion, microemulsion/ nanoemulsions, ethosomes, SNEDDS, SLN based delivery vehicles, Nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs) for nutraceutical delivery systems will be discussed in this review. Mainly the formulations, principle of the above carrier along with recent researches of those technologies will be discussed.

Amphibians are enjoyable globally for their culinary value and are increasingly considered alternative protein sources. However, the skin of edible amphibians, especially giant salamanders, is often discarded without much thought. However, this underutilized resource holds significant potential for yielding valuable proteins and bioactive peptides (BPs).

Various dietary polyphenols have demonstrated potent anti-tumor properties and are being evaluated as potential adjuncts in cancer treatment. Although several reviews have offered extensive insights into the anti-tumor activities of dietary polyphenols, they frequently lack a detailed discussion on the design of therapeutic protocols and targeted delivery strategies of these compounds, which impedes the translation of their biological activity into clinical practice. This article aims to deliver a comprehensive review of the anti-tumor properties of dietary polyphenols, while also examining the design and implementation of nanotherapy systems based on these compounds.

Background And Aims: Current prehabilitation programs are often limited by poor recruitment and attrition rates. Remote delivery of prehabilitation may reduce barriers to participation and maximize program retention. We aimed to assess the feasibility (uptake, retention, fidelity), preliminary effectiveness, and acceptability of delivering a technology-supported prehabilitation program remotely to oncologic surgical candidates.

The demand for high-quality, nutritious, and sustainable food products has led to a significant interest in the development of durable and effective emulsions. Pickering emulsions are promising candidates but the currently adopted stabilizers still have limitations. Here in this study, we introduce a novel egg derived reconstituted lipid nanoparticles (E-rLNPs) as stabilizer for Pickering emulsions.

Alzheimer's disease is a complicated, multifaceted, neurodegenerative illness that places an increasing strain on healthcare systems. Due to increasing malfunction and death of nerve cells, the person suffering from Alzheimer's disease (AD) slowly and steadily loses their memories, cognitive functions and even their personality. Although medications may temporarily enhance memory, there are currently no permanent therapies that can halt or cure this irreversible neurodegenerative process.
