Background: The World Health Organization has declared climate change to be "the single biggest health threat facing humanity", yet there are limited studies on the impact of climate change-related air pollution on ocular health.

Objective: To explore associations between ocular surface irritation and allergy-related daily outpatient office visits with daily ambient particulate matter (PM) levels in the Denver Metropolitan Area.

Methods: Daily visit counts of ophthalmology outpatient offices were obtained from an academic health center (October 1, 2015 to January 27, 2023).

Introduction: Despite improvements in health outcomes for children, early childhood dental caries (ECC) remains a chronic lifestyle-mediated disease that affects an estimated 600 million children worldwide. Parental influence on oral health-promoting behaviours is pivotal in preventing ECC. The latest WHO publications Ending Early Childhood Dental Caries and Mobile Technologies for Oral Health highlights the opportunity for mobile Health programs (including text message programs) to improve oral health behaviours and oral health self-efficacy.

Importance: Adenomyosis can reduce the chance of clinical pregnancy in women undergoing assisted conception. Treatment with prolonged gonadotrophin-releasing hormone analogue (GnRHa) downregulation prior to IVF/ICSI has been postulated to improve pregnancy outcomes.

Objective: We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of prolonged GnRHa treatment (minimum one month) versus no pre-treatment in women with adenomyosis undergoing IVF/ICSI using a systematic review and meta-analysis.
