Objective: Black people in the USA have a higher incidence and severity of SLE and worse outcomes, yet they are significantly under-represented in SLE clinical trials. We assessed racial differences in clinical trial perceptions among a large cohort of predominantly Black people with SLE.
Methods: Georgians Organised Against Lupus (GOAL) is a population-based, prospective cohort of people with a validated diagnosis of SLE living in Atlanta.

Background: Digital health technologies are increasingly being integrated into mental health care. However, the adoption of these technologies can be influenced by patients' digital literacy and attitudes, which may vary based on sociodemographic factors. This variability necessitates a better understanding of patient digital literacy and attitudes to prevent a digital divide, which can worsen existing health care disparities.

Purpose: To create and implement a Whole Personhood in Medical Education curriculum including Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS), close reading, and creative practice that features creative works by BIPOC, persons with disability, and/or LGBTQ + individuals that aligns with educational competencies.
Materials And Methods: Curriculum design by an interdisciplinary team made up of physician educators, medical sociologist, digital collection librarian, and art museum educators. Prospective single arm intervention study at a single site academic teaching hospital.

Introduction: The professional caregiver workforce (nursing assistants and personal care aides) is critical to quality of care and quality of life in nursing home (NH) and assisted living (AL) settings. The work is highly stressful, so improving responses to stress in this workforce could contribute to satisfaction and retention. This research developed a coping measure appropriate for the diverse professional caregiver workforce.
