Objectives: We sought to understand why some women with early-stage breast cancer decide to forgo or discontinue endocrine therapy (ET), and to identify factors that might lead to greater acceptance of, and long-term adherence to, this treatment.

Methods: We conducted in-depth interviews with N = 53 stage I-III HR+ women who were either non-initiators of ET, initiators who discontinued or initiators who continued with variable daily patterns of adherence. An inductive content analysis was performed to explore the decision-making process of women prescribed ET.

This data article describes electroencephalography (EEG) and behavioral data from 47 participants. Data was collected using a 64 channel eego™ sports mobile EEG system during a visual working memory task presented in virtual reality (VR) using Unity with an Oculus Rift S head-mounted display. In the memory task, participants had to remember the status of and details about objects presented on a table.

ONQUADRO is an advanced database system that supports the study of the structures of canonical and non-canonical quadruplexes. It combines a relational database that collects comprehensive information on tetrads, quadruplexes, and G4-helices; programs to compute structure parameters and visualise the data; scripts for statistical analysis; automatic updates and newsletter modules; and a web application that provides a user interface. The database is a self-updating resource, with new information arriving once a week.

Modeling of Adhesion in Tablet Compression at the Molecular Level Using Thermal Analysis and Molecular Simulations.

Mol Pharm

Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy, Long Island University, 75 Dekalb Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11201, United States.

The molecular basis of adhesion leading to sticking was investigated by exploring the correlation between thermal analysis and molecular simulations. It is hypothesized that intermolecular interactions between a drug molecule and a punch face are the first step in the adhesion process and the rank order of adhesion during tablet compression should correspond to the rank order of the energies of these interactions. In the present study, the sticking propensity was investigated using ibuprofen, flurbiprofen, and ketoprofen as model substances.
