Structural, psychological, and clinical barriers to HIV care engagement among adolescents and young adults living with HIV (AYAH) persist globally despite gains in HIV epidemic control. Phone-based peer navigation may provide critical peer support, increase delivery flexibility, and require fewer resources. Purpose: The COVID-19 pandemic has reignited the debate on effective leadership during a crisis. The study examined healthcare leaders' experiences, challenges and responses amid the COVID-19 crisis in India and the USA.
Design/methodology/approach: Thematic analysis culminated in developing a thematic framework that encapsulates the behavior of operational healthcare leaders in India and the USA to illustrate how they responded to the global pandemic.
Background: A Medicare Voluntary Advance Directive Framework (Framework) would enable the creation, storage, and sharing of advance directive documents, ensuring end-of-life care appropriately honors the individual and their care wishes, while supporting healthcare teams and family members in making care decisions for their patients and loved ones. With Medicare enrollment reaching over 65 million beneficiaries in 2023, and Alzheimer's becoming one of the most expensive conditions - CMS policy makers have a growing responsibility to improve care quality at end-of-life.
Method: The federal government will be called upon to assist providers in navigating documents and legal variations of approved forms of directives among the different states, and in ensuring privacy standards that keep an individual's health data secure.

Background: Poor sleep health has been associated with worse cognitive and health outcomes in older adults. Less is known about this relationship in midlife. Thus, we aimed to investigate the relationship between self-reported sleep health, cognitive function, and performance on common health tasks among middle-aged adults, as sleep may be a modifiable target to address later life risk of cognitive decline.
