A highly effective method for creating a supramolecular metallogel of Ni(II) ions (NiA-TA) has been developed in our work. This approach uses benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid as a low molecular weight gelator (LMWG) in DMF solvent. Rheological studies assessed the mechanical properties of the Ni(II)-metallogel, revealing its angular frequency response and thixotropic behaviour. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) showed a complex rocky network structure, while transmission electron microscopy (TEM) identified rod-shaped formations. Energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) mapping confirmed the chemical composition, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) alongside X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) provided insights into the metallogel's formation mechanism. Schottky diode structures which were fabricated with this Ni(II)-metallogel exhibited notable charge transport properties. Moreover, resistive random access memory (RRAM) devices using NiA-TA demonstrated bipolar resistive switching with an ON/OFF ratio of ~ 110 and durability over 5000 cycles. In this work, logic gate circuits were designed using a 2 × 2 crossbar array. This work highlights the potential of Ni(II)-metallogels for non-volatile memory, neuromorphic computing, flexible electronics, and optoelectronics. Their easy fabrication, reliable switching, and stability make them promising candidates for advanced technologies, offering new opportunities for in-memory computing.

Background: Mental health problems among adolescents are increasing, and internet-delivered acceptance and commitment therapy (iACT) constitutes a possible way to improve access to care while reducing costs. Nevertheless, few studies have investigated iACT for adolescents in regular primary care nor the role of parental support.
Objective: This is an exploratory evaluation investigating iACT, with or without parental support, for adolescents.

Studies in literature discussed the drawbacks of the ureteral access sheath use in flexible ureteroscopy and in the same time mentioned the benefits of ureteral access sheath in decreasing the incidence of urosepsis and better stone free rate. In the current study we aim to compare between percutaneous nephrostomy tube (PCN) insertion before flexible ureteroscopy and conventional ureteral access sheath (UAS) flexible ureteroscopy in terms of safety, efficacy and perioperative outcomes. In all, 100 Patients aged 20 to 67 years with upper ureteric stones and mild hydronephrosis or renal pelvic stones less than 20 mm with mild hydronephrosis were randomized into 2 groups; patients undergoing PCN insertion before flexible ureteroscopy, and patients undergoing the conventional UAS flexible ureteroscopy.

Background: Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have identified thousands of genomic regions associated with complex diseases but understanding the underlying causal mechanisms remains a significant challenge. The FunGen-xQTL project has addressed this by generating and harmonizing molecular quantitative trait loci (xQTL) across multiple layers of molecular traits in human brains, cerebrospinal fluid, and blood-derived cells relevant to neurodegenerative disorders. Existing approaches for integrating xQTL data with GWAS have typically focused on individual molecular traits in individual QTL layers.

Background: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is associated with a range of non-cognitive symptoms that can be early or even presenting features. Better recognition of pre-diagnostic symptoms of AD would support improved early detection and diagnosis.
Method: To identify possible prodromal symptoms of AD, we systematically searched three electronic databases for prospective longitudinal studies to March 2023, that reported the risk of AD diagnosis associated with non-cognitive symptoms.

Background And Objectives: Racial and ethnic disparities in access to minimally invasive surgery (MIS) and the rate of surgical complications in minority groups remain profoundly underinvestigated. This meta-analysis aims to compare the rate of MIS utilization for benign hysterectomy as well as the surgical morbidity among racial and ethnic minority patients in the United States.
Methods: Studies comparing utilization rate of MIS for benign hysterectomy among non-Hispanic white, Black, and Hispanic populations were considered eligible.
