By the National Bureau of Statistics provided by the sixth census data weighted adjustment, analysis the crowd RC level and its influencing factors.
Results: The following factors were associated with high RC level: overweight(OR=1.624, 95%CI 1.508-1.748) or obesity(OR=2.208, 95%CI 1.984-2.458); married(OR=1.347, 95%CI 1.135-1.598) or other(OR=1.433, 95%CI 1.138-1.805); living in rural area(OR=1.588, 95%CI 1.475-1.708); smoking(OR=1.435, 95% CI 1.300 1.584); excessive drinking(OR=1.110, 95%CI 1.014-1.215); long sedentary time(OR=1.020, 95%CI 1.006-1.035); hypertension(OR=1.435, 95%CI 1.335-1.541); diabetes(OR=1.853, 95%CI 1.645-2.088) or dyslipidemia(OR=7.663, 95%CI 7.097-8.273). The following factors were associated with low RC level: high income group(OR=0.878, 95%CI 0.803-0.959; OR=0.796, 95%CI 0.723-0.877); family history of CHD(OR=0.765, 95%CI 0.765-0.960).
Conclusion: This study found that residual cholesterol levels in Chinese residents aged 20 and above are closely related to various factors, especially in the population with dyslipidemia and obesity.
