Male fertility is adversely influenced by diabetes. The beneficial effects of antioxidant bioflavonoids in improving fertility have been reported. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of silymarin on diabetes mellitus-induced male reproductive impairment in rats by investigating its role in Hsp70 and Hsp90 expression.

Objective: Methotrexate (MTX) is a highly effective chemotherapy for cancer. This drug has a gonadotoxic effect, mainly in the testes and ovaries. Our study used histopathological and immunohistochemical methods to assess the potential damage to testicular and ovarian tissue caused by MTX use.

Objectives: To study the clinical characteristics and prognosis of T-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and related prognostic factors.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the children with T-ALL who were treated with the Chinese Children's Cancer Group Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (CCCG-ALL) regimen in Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center between April 2015 and December 2022.
Results: A total of 80 children were included, with a median age of 7 years and 3 months and a male/female ratio of 6:1.

Germ cell tumors, the most common of the testicular neoplasms, originate from primordial germ cells. These tumors are known for their totipotent nature, capable of differentiating into various cell types. This case report presents a rare occurrence of mucinous cystadenoma in a patient who received chemotherapy for metastatic left non-seminomatous germ cell tumor (NSGCT) of the testis.
