Meniscal root tears are recognized as an important pathology. Failure to recognize and to treat this pathology could lead to early-onset osteoarthritis, similar to a total meniscectomy. Surgical treatment is essential to restore meniscal function and to normalize compartment contact pressures, whenever there is joint overload and not severe cartilaginous damage. Still, the biological healing property of the medial meniscus is poor, and failure of the surgical procedure may occur. This Technical Note proposes a technical procedure for revision of medial meniscus posterior root reconstruction with a split-gracilis autograft tendon anatomical transtibial pullout technique.

Background: Medial meniscus posterior root tears (MMPRTs) significantly contribute to knee dysfunction, leading to abnormal biomechanics and accelerated cartilage degeneration. Arthroscopic transtibial pullout and all-inside repair are two commonly used techniques for treating MMPRTs, each with unique advantages and limitations.
Objective: To compare the clinical and functional outcomes of the transtibial pullout and all-inside repair techniques in the treatment of MMPRTs, with a focus on postoperative recovery, knee function, and complications.

Introduction: Despite the good clinical outcomes of osteochondral autograft transplantation (OAT), reports of re-arthroscopic findings after OAT have been limited to short-term, and there are no reports of findings after long-term follow-up. This is the first report that describes re-arthroscopic findings long-term after OAT.
Case Report: A male patient underwent OAT on the lateral femoral condyle (LFC) of the knee and lateral meniscus (LM) repair at the age of 45.

Objectives: To compare the biomechanical strength and stiffness of the native posteromedial and posterolateral meniscotibial ligament complex (MTLC) to suture anchor repair of the MTLC.
Methods: Biomechanical testing was performed on 24 fresh-frozen pediatric human knees. Four conditions were tested: native posteromedial MTLC (n=14), native posterolateral MTLC (n=14), posteromedial MTLC repair (n=5), and posterolateral MTLC repair (n=5).

Background: In the context of osteoarthritis (OA), a condition marked by joint degeneration, there is a notable absence of efficacious approaches to promote regenerative healing in chondrocytes. Novel therapeutic strategies like nanomicelles-hydrogel microspheres loaded with Astragalus polysaccharide (GelMA@APPA) offer promising avenues for promoting chondrocyte regeneration and mitigating OA progression.
Methods: Astragalus polysaccharide (APS) has been shown to induce chondrocyte proliferation and promote cartilage matrix secretion, demonstrating biological activity associated with chondrocyte regeneration.

Introduction: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic degenerative joint disorder characterized by an imbalance in chondrocyte metabolism. Ferroptosis has been implicated in the pathogenesis of OA. The role of Sirt1, a deacetylase, in mediating deacetylation during ferroptosis in OA chondrocytes remains underexplored.
